摘要
为探讨异丙酚对血管张力直接影响的作用机制 ,通过观察不同浓度的异丙酚对大鼠离体主动脉环等长张力的影响及异丙酚对分别经过亚甲蓝、维拉帕米和四乙胺孵浴处理的血管环的作用。结果显示 ,异丙酚对去内皮和内皮完整的血管环均可产生浓度依赖性舒张作用 ,去内皮与内皮完整的血管环比较 ,其舒张作用差异无显著性意义 ;四乙胺可增强异丙酚对血管环的舒张作用 ,而维拉帕米可减弱异丙酚对血管环的舒张作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,亚甲蓝不影响异丙酚对血管环的舒张效应。
To investigate the direct effects and the possible mechanisms of propfol on vascular tension.The direct effects of propofol on the isometric force of rat aortic rings with and without endothelium were examined at first.then,the changes in vascular tension of endothelium intact rings pretreated with methylene blue, and endothelium denuded rings pretreated with verapamil or teraethylammonium (TEA) were studied.Propofol produced a concentration dependent relaxation of rat aortic rings with and without endothelium.The relaxation in endothelium denuded rings has no significant difference compared with that in endothelium intact rings( P >0.05).There was no significant diffference in the response to propofol between methylene blue pretreated and untreated endothelium intact rings( P >0.05).Propofol produced greater relaxation in endothelium denuded rings pretreated with TEA( P <0.05).The response to propofol in the rings pretreated with verapamil was significantly less than that in untreated ones ( P <0.05),but not significantly different from the control( P >0.05).Propofol produced concentration dependent relaxation in rat aortic vascular smooth muscle. The effects may be due to the actions on voltage dependent calcium ion channels.
