摘要
采用RP HPLC法 ,以促肝细胞生长素 (PromotingHepatocyteGrowthFactor,PHGF)不同组分的相对含量变化为指标 ,考察了 pH、温度及光照对PHGF水溶液化学稳定性的影响 ,结果表明PHGF水溶液在冰箱条件下最稳定 ,其次是在偏酸性、中性、室温和偏碱性条件下 ,在光照条件下各组分的含量变化最大。通过Weibull方程求得PHGF水溶液在不同pH值、室温和光照下降解10 %所需的时间。
A method has been established to examine the effect of pH,temperature and light on the Promoting Hepatocyte Growth Factor (PHGF) solution by RP HPLC, according to the content variation of the main peaks. The results indicated that it had best stability under refrigerator conditions, secondly under acidic conditions, neutral conditions, room temperature,alkalescent conditions, and then worst stability under light conditions by the Weibull equation t 0 9 of PHGF.
