研究了莫索尼定贴片的制备、释放度及体外透皮吸收过程。该贴片释放度曲线符合Higuchi方程 ;莫索尼定从贴片中缓慢释放 。

MOX TTS was prepared.Its release rate and in vitro permeation were studied.The release rate accorded with the Higuchi equation. in vitro permeation accorded with the Q～t curve.
