摘要
合成了La、Ce、Nd 氧氟沙星的新的配合物 ,通过元素分析和红外光谱确定了配合物的组成和配位形式 ,X 射线衍射证实 ,配体和配合物具有不同的晶型 ,配合物为新的化合物。用系列试管稀释法测定了配合物的体外抗菌活性。结果表明 ,稀土 氧氟沙星配合物的脂溶性好 ,稀土离子对氧氟沙星的抗菌活性不产生抑制作用。
Three new complexes, La(HQ) 2Cl 3·(H 2O) 8,Ce(HQ) 2Cl 3·(H 2O) 8,Nd(H 2O) 2Cl 3·(H 2O) 8 were prepared and characterized. Their probable structures were determined respectively on the basis of IR spectra. The X ray spectra showed that the crystal type of the new complexes was neither the crystal type of the ligand, ofloxacin nor the chloride of rare earth elements. The primary experiment showed that the earth ions had no effect on the antibacterical activities of ofloxacin against S.aureus and E.coli.
