摘要
本文根据分形理论 ,结合红细胞的随机运动及聚集体的不规则特征 ,提出了一种新的直观定量评价红细胞聚集的方法。首先介绍提取分形维数的实验方法 ,然后在计算机上进行红细胞聚集的模拟实验 ,以证明分形维数与聚集能存在相关性。结果说明以分形维数作为评价指标是可行的。最后对这一新方法作简单的讨论。
We reported a new method of direct and quantitative evaluation of erythrocyte aggregation accpording to fractal theory together with RBC free movement and irregular characters of aggregates. Firstly, we introduced an experimental methed of obtaining fractal dimension, then experiments were made on aggregtion simulation through computer to show relationship between fractal dimension and binding energy. The results proved that fractal dimension was an efficient parameter. Finally, we made a brief discussion on the new method.
