固体超强酸催化合成2,4-二特戊基苯酚新工艺

摘要 采用自制固体超强酸作为催化剂 ,以苯酚、异戊烯为原料催化烷基化合成 2 ,4-二特戊基苯酚考查合成 2 ,4-二特戊基苯酚合成的适宜工艺条件。在苯酚对异戊烯摩尔比 1∶2 .60 ;催化剂对苯酚的质量比 0 .6∶1 0 0 ;反应温度 1 5 5℃ ;反应时间 5 .0h的合成条件下 ,自制催化剂有良好的催化活性 ,产品纯度大于 99.5 % ,苯酚转化率大于 98.5 % ;2 ,4-二特戊基苯酚单程收率大于 70 %。采用本工艺合成 2 ,4-二特戊基苯酚 ,反应液直接进行精馏分离 ,剩余釜残渣焚烧处理 ,整个过程没有环境污染问题 ,而且省去了中和、水洗的操作过程 ;未反应的苯酚、2 -二特戊基苯酚、4-二特戊基苯酚可重新用于烷基化反应 ;设备投资小 ,工艺流程短 ,生产效率高 ,产品质量稳定 ,经济效益显著 ,便于工业化生产。 New technology for synthesis of 2,4-di-ter-pentyl-phenol has been studied. Super solid acid as catalyst, the synthesis of 2,4-di-ter-pentyl-phenol with phenol and iso-pentene as raw materials has been examined. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows:molar ratio of phenol/iso-pentene=1: 2.60, amount ratio of catalyst/phenol= 0.6:100, reaction temperature 155 °C, reaction time 5.0 h. The result shows that catalyst has good activity, the purity of 2,4-di-ter-pentyl-phenol reaches over 99.5%, the conversion of phenol can be up to 98.5%, the selectivity is over 70%. Conclusion adopting this technology for synthesis of 2,4-di-ter-pentyl-phenol, reactive liquid directly can be separated by rectifying and surplus materials can be seted on fire. The process is simple with no pollution, and the product needs no neutralization and washing. The unreacted phenol, 2-pentyl-phenol,4-pentyl-phenol can be recycled and reused. Due to the fewer investing of equipment, shorter technological proce ss, high efficiency, stable quality, higher economy benefits, the technology can be industrialized more easier.
