摘要 根据石油分散体系理论 ,研究了 3种不同表面活性剂在不同加入量 ,不同温度的情况下对大庆蜡油掺 60 %大庆渣油的试样的粘度的影响。结果表明 ,这 3种表面活性剂对该体系均有活化作用 ,活性次序为 3 # >1 # >2 # ;当温度一定时 ,3种添加剂对体系粘度影响均随添加剂含量的增加出现多极值的变化 ;而当添加剂一定时 ,3种试样的粘温性质相似 ,随温度升高呈递减趋势 ,当粘度处于极小值时 ,体系处于活化状态 ,粘温性质最好 ,反之 ,粘温性质则较差。 According to the theory of petroleum disperse system, the effect of three surfactants 1#,2#,3# on viscosity of the system which is made up of Daqing waxy oil mixed by 60% Daqing residue oil under the condition of different surfactant amount and different temperature. The results show that all the three surfactants can effect on the system and the active ability order is 3# > 1# >2 #. And when the temperature is the constant, the influence of the three surfactants on viscosity exists various extreme value with the increase of surfactant amount. Moreover, when the surfactant amount is fixed, the relations of viscosity and temperature of the three samples are the same, the viscosity is decreasing with the temperature increasing. At the same time, the author has found that when the viscosity is the lowest number, the system is under the active state and the relation of viscosity and temperature is the best. Contrarily, the relation of vi scosity and temperature is the worst.
