为了克服阳离子表面活性剂型杀菌剂的水溶性带来的毒性、余毒、刺激性及使用安全性差等问题 ,设计了一条新型制备水不溶性季铵盐类杀菌剂的合成路线。以交联聚苯乙烯树脂为原料 ,通过氯甲基化制成氯球 ,再通过氯反应活性中心把有机胺固载到氯球上制成胺基树脂 ,胺基树脂叔胺化后与氯代烷进一步反应制备水不溶性聚季铵盐杀菌剂。研制的杀菌剂产品对异养菌的杀菌率达到 90
To avoid the defects of toxicity, residual poison and bad safety caused by the application of soluble bactericides positively charged with nitrogen atom, a novel design of preparation route has been set up in this paper, in which insoluble quaternary ammonium bactericides can be synthesized with chloromethylationed cross linked polystyrene resin as carriers. The resins with amine groups were prepared by the reaction of chloromethylationed polystyrene and sodium aminoethyl alcoholate. The insoluble quaternary ammonium bactericides were prepared by the reaction of the resins with amine groups and chloroalkanes. The bactericidal capacity of the new products to heterotroph is more than 90% by the test method of nutrient agar plate.
