天麻和阿胶联合应用对染铅大鼠海马总抗氧化能力和学习记忆的影响 被引量:8

摘要 [目的 ]探讨天麻和阿胶联合应用对染铅大鼠海马总抗氧化能力和学习记忆的影响。 [方法 ]大鼠经口染铅并分别单独及联合给予天麻 4 0 g/ (kg·d)和阿胶 1 0g/ (kg·d)灌胃 ,连续 3个月 ;每月用Y型迷宫测试学习记忆 1次 ,最后处死大鼠 ,测定海马组织总抗氧化能力。 [结果 ]高铅对照组和低铅对照组在Y型迷宫中学习达 9/ 10所受电击次数(错误次数 )多于空白组 (P <0 0 1) ;单用天麻或单用阿胶即可明显减少染铅大鼠在迷宫中学习所受电击次数 (P <0 0 1) ;天麻和阿胶联合应用时这种作用更强 (P <0 0 1)。海马总抗氧化能力 ,高铅对照组和低铅对照组低于空白组( P <0 0 1) ;单用天麻或单用阿胶即可明显提高总抗氧化能力 ( P <0 0 1) ,二者联合应用时这种作用更强 ( P <0 0 1)。[结论 ]天麻和阿胶单用即可对铅引起的学习记忆的损害产生明显的拮抗作用 ,二者联用拮抗作用更为显著。 To observe and explore the antagonism of Gastrodia elata Blume (GTEB) and Donkey-hide gelatin(DHG) combined against the impairment of learning and memory induced by taking lead orally.Wistar male rats were monopolizedly and jointly given GTEB 4.0 g/(kg·d) and DHG 1.0 g/(kg·d) by mouth after being given lead everyday for three months; The ability of learning and memory of each group was measured by Y-maze test every month; in the end, the rats were decapitated and total antioxidation capacity (TAOC) of hippocampus tissue was measured immediately.In Y-maze test, the number of electric shocks of either high or low level lead controls was significantly increased compared to the blank control(P<0.01); Both GTEB and DHG monopolized significantly decreased the number of electric shocks of lead taking rats compared to lead controls(P<0.01);The effect of GTEB and DHG combined on number of electric shocks of lead taking rats was more significant than GTEB and DHG alone(P<0.01). The measurement of TAOC of hippocampus in rats: The TAOC of hippocampus of either high or low level lead controls was much significantly decreased compared to the blank control(P<0.01). The TAOC of hippocampus of lead taking rats was significantly enhanced by GTE and DHG monopolized(P<0.01). The TAOC of hippocampus of lead taking rats was more significantly increased by GTEB and DHG combined than by GTEB and DHG alone(P<0.01).[Conclusions]The results showed that whether combined or monopolized, GTEB and DHG significantly decrease the damage of learning and memory induced by lead, but the joint effect of GTEB and DHG is more significant.
