摘要
根据旋风分离器的工作原理及应用特点 ,分析了影响旋风分离器的因素及提出改进措施。在此基础上 ,结合气 -液 (雾沫、液滴 )、液 -液 (油 -水 )两个非均相物系分离的特定场合 ,提出应用旋风分离器强化分离的方案。根据被分离物系的特性 ,给出了这两种改进型旋风分离器的设备设计参数。最后 ,将这两种改进型的旋风分离器成功地应用于特定的场合 ,较好地解决了原来两相分离不清及夹带现象。实践证明 ,对于密度差异较小的非均相物系的分离 ,只要认真分析物系特性及对旋风分离器作适当改进 ,仍能取得令人满意的效果 。
According to the operative principle and application characteristics of the cyclone, the factors affecting cyclone have been analyzed and an improve measures has been presented. Based on special case of separating two non-homogeneous phase system with both gas - liquid(rime fog, droplet) and liquid(oil)-liquid(water), a plan to use cyclone is made to strengthen these non-homogenous phase system separation. Then based on the characteristics separated system, this equipment design parameters of the improved typical cyclone have been given. Finally, two types of new improved cyclones have been successfully used to the special case, and original mixing phenomenon has been fairly solved. Practice prove that for the separation of the non-homogeneous phase system which has very small difference in density, satisfying result can be achieved if a serious analysis on the characteristics of the separated system, and some suitable improving measures on cyclone have been made. Applying field of the improved cyclones can be enlarged wider and wider.
