摘要
文章介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的 LAP降低催化裂化烯烃助剂在北海石化厂的工业应用。结果证实了 LAP助剂具有良好的降烯烃活性 ,当 LAP助剂占装置催化剂藏量的 5%时 ,催化裂化汽油烯烃降低了 5～ 1 1个百分点 ,汽油收率下降 0 .1 5个百分点 ,柴油收率下降 2 .2 6个百分点 ;同时 ,液化石油气上升 3.91个百分点 ,其中丙烯、丁烯产率增加。
The commercial Application for LAP Assistant developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Refining/LPEC in the Beihai Petrochemical Plant was introduced.The results showed that when the LAP was 5% of the catalyst inventory,Olefins in FCC gasoline were reduced 5～11 percent,gasoline yield was reduced 0.15 percent,diesel yield was reduced 2.26 percent,LPC was increased 3.91 percent,propylene and butylene was increased.
