摘要
考察了四种FCC澄清油炭化产物电流变液的电流变特性 ,研究了炭化深度对电流变特性的影响 ,比较FCC澄清油炭化产物电流变液与渣油炭化产物电流变液的电流变特性。结果表明 :FCC澄清油炭化产物电流变液具有很好的电流变特性 ,可作为一种高性能电流变液 ,其流变曲线可用Bingham模型描述 ;FCC澄清油炭化产物电流变液与中间相沥青及碳纤维前体炭化产物电流变液一样 ,都存在一最佳C/H原子比 ;FCC澄清油炭化产物电流变液的电流变特性优于渣油炭化产物电流变液的电流变特性 ,并对试验结果进行了讨论。
The properties of ERF with carbonaceous particles based on FCC Decant Oil (CPDO) and effect of carbonization depth on electrorheological(ER) characteristics have been investigated.Comparison between ER characteristics of CPDO and that of carbonaceous particles based on vacuum residual oil(CPVR) has been made.The results show that CPDO have reasonable ER characteristics,and are high performance ERF;the flow curve of CPDO can be described with Bingham model.The effect of carbonization depth on ER characteristics of CPDO are strong,there exists an optimum C/H ratio of atoms.The ER characteristics of CPDO are better than that of CPVR. [
