摘要
介绍了新开发的多产低碳烯烃高堆积密度催化剂RAG 7的特征。该催化剂采用经改性的高岭土制备的半合成载体 ,用金属氧化物改性的超稳分子筛做活性组份。不仅具有较强的重油裂化能力、适当的二次裂化反应深度及氢转移活性 ,还具有良好的水热稳定性 ,堆积密度为 0 .78~ 0 .80g/mL。在ARGG装置的工业应用结果表明、丙烯产率达 10 .3 0 % ,液化石油气产率达 3 0 %
Characteristics of the newly developed catalyst RAG 7 with high bulk density for more low end olefins were introduced.It consists of semi synthetic matrix with modified kaolin and metal oxide modified USY zeolite.This catalyst has not only strong heavy oil cracking ability,moderate second cracking depth and hydrogen transfer activity,but also has good hydrothermal stability.The commercial application results showed that the yields of propylene and LPG in ARGG unit reach 10.30% and 30% respectively.
