摘要
随着油气田的不断开发,一些气田已进入开发中后期,有些气田出水问题严重,有的甚至水淹停产。研究了封堵气井出水的超细水泥浆堵水剂配方和作用机理,评价了各种因素对超细水泥堵水剂性能的影响。结果表明,超细水泥浆堵水剂具有良好的综合性能,可用于气井堵水作业,在多种外加剂的调节下,初凝时间可按施工作业需要任意调节,抗压强度大于5.0 MPa,岩心封堵率大于99.6%,可以满足施工要求。
In Zhongyuan oilfield, some wells are producing high volumes of water because of old age, and some are even shutdown. A ultra-fine cement slurry composition for plugging watered interval in gas well and its operation mechanism are studied. Influence factors are also investigated. It shows that with other additives, this water plugging agent possesses good comprehensive properties such as adjustable initial setting time, high compressive strength more than 5. 0 Mpa, high core plugging ratio more than 99. 6%, etc. It meets the requirements of gas well operation.
