大港油田港深18×3井钻井液工艺技术

摘要 港深18×3井是滩海勘探开发公司的重点探井,垂深1945.3m、斜深 2004 m,主要目的层为馆陶组。该井地处海边,钻遇造浆严重的明化镇组、馆陶组地层。因此,控制地层造浆、在低密度(小于1.08 g/cm^3)下控制井壁稳定是该井施工的技术难点。针对地层情况,该井一开使用低固相聚合物钻井液、二开使用低固相钾盐聚合物钻井液,实现了定向井的近平衡钻井。应用结果表明,该井使用的2种聚合物钻井液体系,具有井眼净化及润滑防卡能力、较强的抑制性、防塌性,控制了钻井液密度,解决了井壁稳定问题,保证了井下施工安全,满足了保护油气层的需要。经测试该井获高产油流。 Gangshen18×3 of Dagang oilfield is an important exploration well with vertical depth of 1945. 3 m and slant depth of 2004 m. Located on seashore, it rans through mud-making formations, which requiremud-making prevention and hole stabilization with light drilling fluid (the density is lower than 1. 08 g/ cm3). Above 857 m, light polymer drilling fluid is used and below 857 m, potassium-based polymer drilling fluid with low-density is used to realize quasi-balanced drilling. Results indicate that this drilling fluid system possesses abilities such as hole cleaning, lubricating and sticking preventing and have strong shale inhibition and sloughing prevention. Tests show this well was of high yield of oil.
