财政同银行在资金供应上的分工应该调整

Division of Labor between Government Finance and the Banks on Supplying Funds Should Be Adjusted

我国目前国营企业的流动资金由银行统一管理。实践证明,这种资金管理体制不利于当前经济的发展;银行不宜统一管理国营企业流动资金。应该恢复财政同银行分工管理和供应国营企业流动资金的办法,减轻银行在资金供应上过重的负担。

At present, the current funds of State enterprises in China are administered unitedly by the national banks. It turns out in practices that this kind of managerial system can not meet the requirement of present economic development and to unitedly control the current funds of the State enterprises by the banks seems improper. The method of division between gov-ernment finance and banks in administering and supplying current funds for State enterprises should be restored to lesson the burden of banks in money supply.
