摘要
油水井破损套管化学堵漏修复技术重点解决了化学堵剂的驻留性、界面胶结强度的强化和堵剂施工的安全性问题。所研究的新型化学堵剂YLD-1,通过快速形成具有一定承压能力的纤维网架结构,能够在管外环空和漏失层有效驻留,堵浆中的活性材料与胶结固化材料反应形成的水化产物,再加上堵剂的微膨胀作用,使界面过渡层硬度和强度大大提高。该技术已在现场成功地试验推广近 80 口井,施工成功率达 94%,具有较大的应用潜力。
With the technology of recondition injury casing with plugging agent in oil and water injection,the problems of chemistry agent halt and stay, of interface cementation intension, of security about constructing with plugging agent. The new agent YLD-1 can form fibre net structure rapidly,so it can efficiency halt and stay in the annulus and in the thief zone. The rigidity and intension of interface transition layer bas been improved by virtue of the reaction produc- tion with active material of the agent and cementation material,moreover,the slightly expansion effect of the agent.The technology was used in twenty wells ,which successful rate is 94%
