QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUEL ALCOHOL AND ALCOHOL GASOLINE IN CHINA

阐述我国发展乙醇汽油在技术上的可行性和在我国推广乙醇汽油还需开展的研究开发工作。对建立乙醇汽油调配中心及销售网络、降低生产成本、确定生产总规模和单个生产装置规模等问题进行了讨论 ;对国家在乙醇汽油方面的政策、法规。

The feasibility of developing alcohol gasoline technology and the necessity of launching out into research and development for spreading the alcohol gasoline in China are expounded. Issues on the establishment of dispatching center and marketing network, reducing the production cost, and determining the overall production scale and the unit capacity are discussed. Suggestions are made on the fields of alcohol gasoline development, such as policy, regulation and market supervising, etc., should be taken by the administration.
