以炼厂气混合C5馏分为原料进行醚化试验。根据混合C5馏分中有 2 3%的叔碳异戊烯的情况 ,在小型试验装置上将混合C5与甲醇作原料 ,用D0 0 5A大孔阳离子交换树脂作催化剂 ,在温度 6 5℃、压力 0 .5MPa、甲醇 /叔戊烯摩尔比 1.1、叔戊烯空速 0 .5h-1条件下醚化合成甲基叔戊基醚 ,叔戊烯中 2 甲基 1 丁烯和 2 甲基 2 丁烯的转化率分别为 92 .5 4%和 6 2 .45 % ,醚化后的混合物料总烯烃含量降低了 17.96个百分点 ,研究法辛烷值比原料混合C5高 3.6
Etherification tests of refinery mixed 5 carbon fraction having 23% tertiary carbon amylene synthesized with methanol were conducted on a bench scale unit over a D005A positive ion exchanged resin catalyst possessed large pores. The conversions of 2 methyl 1 butene and 2 methyl 2 butene were 92.54% and 62.45% respectively under a reaction temperature of 65 ℃, a pressure of 0.5 MPa, a methanol/tertiary carbon amylene molar ratio of 1 and a space velocity of the said amylene of 0.5 h -1 . The product olefin content reduced by 17.96% in comparison with the feedstock and its RON was 3.65 unit higher.
