Spitz痣2例临床病理观察

Clinicopathological observati on of Spitz nevus

目的 :探讨 Spitz痣的形态特征 ,侧重于病理诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 :对 2例 Spitz痣进行临床病理学分析。结果 :痣由梭形细胞和上皮样细胞构成 ,细胞无异型性 ,也无不典型核分裂象。结论 :Spitz是一种具有独特临床病理特征的良性病变 ,熟悉该肿瘤的组织学特点对避免误诊为恶性黑色素瘤具有重要意义。

Objective: To study the clinicopat hological features of spitz nevus,with e mphasis on diagnosis and differential di agnosis.Methods: Two typic al cases of spit z nevus were analyzed by light microscop y.Results: The cells of sp itz nevus were composed of epithelial cells and spindle cells,cytological atypia and mitotic at ypical figures were both absent.C onclusi on: Spitz nevus is a distinctive benign d isease.Recognizing this rare entity is i mportant to avoid confusion with maligna nt melanoma.
