氢溴酸加兰他敏治疗老年性疾呆临床探讨

To explore the clinical of galanthamine hydrobromide treatment for Alzheimer's Disease(AD)

目的 :探讨氢溴酸加兰他敏治疗老年性疾呆 (Alzheimer s disease)以下简称 (AD)疗效。方法 :18例(AD)患者给予氢溴酸加兰他敏肌注治疗 ,每日 2次 ,疗程 1个月。并对 18例 (AD)患者治疗前后以长谷川痴呆量表 (Hasegawa s Dementia Scale,HDS)得分作为疗效评定。结果 :本组 (AD)患者治疗后智能明显提高 (HDS)得分与治疗前有显著差异 P<0 .0 1。结论 :氢溴酸加兰他敏治疗 (AD)是安全的有效的 ,具有实用临床价值。
