摘要
本文提出一种新型的中轨卫星移动通信系统设计方案 ,该系统的特点是采用特殊的中轨赤道轨道卫星星座 ,所需卫星数目少 ,成本低 ;采用波束相对地面静止的凝视天线 ,避免了由于卫星和地面终端移动造成的通信中断和由此而需的波束切换技术 ,可靠性强 ;采用国内技术能支持的通用小卫星平台 ,制造成本低 ,投资风险小。文中给出了系统结构、特性参量及工作原理的简单描述 。
This paper presents a summary description of a newly proposed satellite mobile communication system.The features of the system are:1)It will utilize a special MEO equatorial satellite constellation,which consists of only five satellites.2)It will be equipped with so called staring antennas,the print foot of which is relatively fixed in the same area while the satellite is moving above the area.3)It will utilize general small satellite platforms,the related techniques of which are currently available.Therefore this system is technically advanced and realizable in practice.The topics addressed in this paper include the system construction,characteristics,operation principles and key technologies.
