逆行性膀胱增强CT扫描与顺行性增强CT扫描的ROC曲线比较分析

摘要 目的 比较分析逆行性膀胱增强CT扫描与顺行性膀胱增强CT的关系。 方法 逆行性膀胱增强CT 80例 ,顺行性膀胱CT 5 0例。研究采用双盲法对图像进行诊断分析。两种方法的数据结果进行等级分类并应用先进的ROC曲线对资料进行统计处理。 结果 逆行法与顺行法POC曲线下面积分别为 0 .99± 0 .0 13和 0 .96± 0 .0 2 6 ,逆行法在图像质量上和诊断水平上优于顺行法 (P<0 0 5 )。 结论 逆行法简单易行 ,随到随做 ,不需要禁食和试敏。逆行法最长用时不超过 15min。而顺行法要超过 1 5h。逆行法拓宽了适应症。对过敏和尿失禁者也可应用。逆行法在体外可控制膀胱内浓度 ,图像较顺行法清晰可靠 ,没有分层 ,节省时间 。 Objective[WT5”BZ] To compare the effect of retrograde bladder CT scan with intravenous CT scan. [WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] Retrograde bladder CT was carried out in 80 patients. Intravenous CT was carried out in 50 patients. The images were analyzed by application double-face. [WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The data were classified into five grades and were treated by the ROC curve which is a brand new statistics for comparing image. The results showsed that retrograde CT in image is better than intravenous CT( P <0 05). [WT5”HZ]Conclusions[WT5”BZ] Retrograde CT takes about fifteen minutes; fasting and test-fire are unnecessary. Intravenous CT takes more than 1.5 hours. It i also indicated for incontinentia and irritalility. Retrograde CT can control the concentration of contrast agent in bladder and enhance the quality of image. [WT5”HZ]
