The study on the detection of coronary artery by transesophageal echocardiography

目的 建立经食道超声心动图检查冠状动脉的方法 ,为经食道超声心动图检查冠脉病变奠定基础。方法 用双平面经食道超声心动图检查 2 0例成人冠状动脉的长度、内径和血流速度。结果 冠状动脉主干和主要分支显像清晰。结论 经食道超声心动图可作为检查冠状动脉的有用手段。

Objective To establish the method of examing coronary artery by transesophageal echocardiography.Method The length,diameter and the peak flow velocity of coronary artery in 20 adults were detected by biplane transesophageal echocardiography.Results The imaging of main coronary artery and it's bifurcation and proximal parts were clear.Conclusin Transesophageal echocardiography is an useful means for the evaluation of coronary artery.
