摘要
电子网板是彩色显像管的重要元件 ,质量的好坏决定着彩管的质量。本文提出了采用计算机视觉检测技术实现电子网板高精度、全自动检测系统。该系统属于非接触测量 ,主要优点是高效率、高精度、工作范围大、柔性好和抗干扰能力强等。本文还提出了具有高精度的边缘提取算法 ,经试验检测精度优于 1μm。
Electronic mesh is an important component of color teletron, and its quality settles the quality of color teletron. An automatic system with high accuracy for the screen mesh is developed by using the visual inspection technique and the automatic control technique. Some effective algorithms for picking the edges of the apertures are proposed. The system, whose advantages are of high efficiency, high precision, big work area, good pliancy and good anti-interference etc, belongs to non-contact measurement. The accuracy of the dimension inspection is better than 1 μm.
