摘要
我国传统电信企业的服务问题仍较突出。企业内部服务观念和意识参差不齐 ,原有机制也不利于促进全员面向市场。实施内部营销 ,是促进电信企业建立服务导向的企业文化、增强竞争优势的重要途径。为此 ,应采取加强内部营销培训、给予管理支持。
Many problems still exist in the telecom enterprise of China.Especially the quality of service provided by them is required to be improved as soon as possible.Therefore the theory of internal marketing should be introduced to them.By adopting this new ideas,the telecom enterprise can establish a new type of cultures of service orientation and add their competencies in the market competition.In the implementation of the internal marketing,these enterprise should give their workers more trainings and incentives in the human resource management and so on.
