摘要
对水雷防御是水面舰艇作战的一项重要内容 ,通过对水面舰艇 (驱逐舰或护卫舰 )防御水雷一般行为过程的分析 ,综合运用层次分析技术 (AHP)和模糊评判技术 (Fuzzy) ,建立了较为完备的水面舰艇对水雷防御训练水平评估的评估指标体系和评估分析计算模型。对水面舰艇防御水雷的训练水平进行了综合的定量分析和计算 ,对如何科学、客观地评估水面舰艇对水雷防御的训练水平进行了有意义的探索。
This paper analyzes general behaviour process on surface ship anti-mine defence, based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy synthetical evaluation theory. An index system for comprehensively evaluating training levels on surface ship anti-mine defence is built up. The AHP-fuzzy evaluating model and method of surface ship anti-mine defence are proposed. At last, a practical example is calculated and analyzed.
