摘要
提出一种新的适合对准标记图像处理的改进亚象素细分定位算法 ,并提供了完善这种定位算法的缩小检测窗口的方法。
A new developed sub?pixel fine positioning algorithm for the image processing of alignment mark is introduced.Some methods of reducing data processing region to improve the positioning algorithm are also discussed.
