聚焦光束熔覆工艺及其对熔覆层质量的影响

摘要 研究了采用聚焦光束熔覆方法在结构材料表面获得精密改性层的工艺及其对熔覆层质量的影响。实验结果表明 ,采用合理的熔覆工艺可在结构材料表面获得高性能的大面积、大厚度表面强化层 ,为聚焦光束熔覆技术在精密零件延寿强化中的应用提供技术基础。 The technology of acquiring precise modified layer on construction material surface by light beam cladding was investigated and its effect on cladding layer quality was revealed.The results show that the strengthened layer with big area and thickness on construction material surface can be acquired by adopting reasonable cladding technology,which provides technical means for the application of light beam cladding in strengthening precise parts and prolonging their life.
