Main specifications of fiber optic gyroscopes are reviewed. Basic principles of fiber optic gyroscopes are introduced. Constructed methods of fiber optic gyroscopes provided.Current status of fiber optic gyroscopes and its applications are commented.Some problems considered in the course of use are briefly given.
