摘要
介绍了一种基于H．323的网上呼叫中心（ICC）。ICC是在网上实现的呼叫中心，并能和传统的呼叫中心一起协调工作。ICC打破呼叫中心只能进行语音通信的限制，可以同时进行语音、数据和视频通信，是一种应用范围很广的、很有前途的、基于网络的多媒体服务体系。
The paper introduces a kind of Internet call center(ICC based upon the H．323 protocol．ICC is a kind of call center which is realized in the internet．It can work with call center together not having the limit of speech communication． ICC can transmit voice data and video synchronously．ICC is a kind of multimedia service system based upon network which is wide in application and has a good outlook．
