反复呼吸道感染与微量元素的相关性研究

Correlative Study on Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infectionand Trace Element

为探讨反复呼吸道感染与微量元素锌、铜、铁、钙的关系 ,剪取枕后下头发 0 5～ 1g ,采用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法检测了头发微量元素。结果表明 :( 1 )反复呼吸道感染患儿发锌、铜、铁、钙含量明显低于正常健康儿童 ,差异有极显著性 (P均 <0 0 1 )。 ( 2 )反复呼吸道感染患儿经过补充微量元素后 ,发锌、铜、铁、钙含量明显高于补充微量元素前 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1或 <0 0 5 )。 ( 3) 5 6例反复呼吸道感染患儿经过补充微量元素后 ,随访其后 1年内呼吸道感染次数的变化 ,明显减少者占 80 4 % ;基本没变者占 1 9 6%。可见 ,微量元素缺乏是引起反复呼吸道感染的重要原因之一。补充微量元素可减少呼吸道感染的次数。

To investigate the relationship between recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) and trace elements zinc,copper,iron and calcium,the levels of trace elements in hair were determined by ICP AES.The results showed that ① The levels of hair trace element zinc,copper,iron and calcium in child patients with RRTI were significantly lower than those of healthy children ( P <0 01).② After supplement,the levels of trace elements zinc,copper,iron and calcium in hair of child patients with RRTI were higher( P <0 01,0 05).③ The frequency of respiratory tract infection was observed for one year after trace elements were supplemented.45 out of 56 patients(80 4%) experiemented a decrease and 11(19 6%)had no changes.It concluded lack of elements is one of the causes leading to RRTI,and to supplement elements can reducethe frequency of respiratory tract infection.
