摘要
以 Ti O2 微粉及各种载体负载 Ti O2 为催化剂、H2 O2 为氧化剂对棉浆泊黑液进行催化氧化实验。实验结果表明 :活性炭负载 Ti O2 (sol)型催化剂具有较高的催化活性。当 1L废水中加入该催化剂 10 g、0 .0 4L H2 O2 ,在 60℃、p H=4.3下反应10 0 min时 ,废水色度去除率为 99.5 %、COD去除率为 73 .7%。
The cotton pulp black liquor was catalyzed and oxidated with H 2O 2,TiO 2 microparticles and TiO 2 immobilized on support materials. The results indicated that TiO 2 immobilized on active carbon had a more efficient catalytic ability than other type catalysts, and the removal efficiencies of chroma and COD reached 99.5% and 73.7% respectively under the condition that pH=4.3,T=60 ℃ and t=100 min while 10 g catalyst and 0.04 L H 2O 2 were added into 1 L wastewater.
