柴油机燃油和空气磁化节油减烟试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 在 S195柴油机试验台架上对柴油机的动力性、经济性和碳烟排放进行研究 ,在标定工况下 ,采用不同磁场强度和不同磁化方法对燃油与空气磁化。结果表明 ,柴油机的比油耗有所下降 ,转速有所提高 ,排气烟度得到大幅度改善。另外 ,空气和燃油磁化后对柴油机性能也会产生影响 ,即燃油和空气同时磁化的效果最佳。 An experimental study of the power,economy and soot performance of diesel engine on a S195 diesel engine test bench was reported in this paper. Different magnetism intensities and magnetizing ways were used to magnetize fuel and air on the rating condition. The results indicated that the fuel consumption was slightly reduced and smoke level was improved apparently and the power was increased. The diesel engine showed optimal performance when the fuel and air were magnetized at the same time.
