An education designed for creativity is necessary for the cultivation of a creative spirit and creative capability. The assessment of education for creativity is necessary for ensuring its effectiveness. The assessment of creativity education should take into full account 1) relationship between assessment of basics and assessment of uniqueness; 2) creative teachers and their assessment; 3) assessment of college students' individuality; 4) assessment of students' capability; and 5) test and assessment of students' creativity.
