摘要
用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法 (ICP AES) ,对云南省白族长寿区 80～ 97岁老人头发中的Ca、Mg、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mo、Sr、Zn、Cd等 1 0种元素进行了测定分析。发现该长寿地区老人发中有高钙、高镁、高锰、高铁、高铬、高锌、低铜的特点 ,并具有较高的Mn/Cu和Zn/Cu值。男性老人发中Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mo、Zn、Cd的含量高于女性老人 ,Cr、Mn、Sr的含量则低于女性老人。结果表明 ,该长寿地区老人发中有较优越的微量元素谱 ,这与该地区的自然环境密切相关。
The content of Ca,Mg,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Mo,Sr,Zn and Cd in aged (80～97)person's hair from a “long-lived area”of Bai nationality in Yunnan province was determined by 1CP-AES.The results showed that the centenarians were characterized by higher Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Cr and Zn but lower Cu,and higher Mn/Cu and Zn/Cu ratio in aged person's hair of long-lived area.The content of Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Mo,Zn,Cd in the hair of male aged was higher than those in the hair of female,but the content of Cr,Mn and Sr was lower.It is suggested the aged person's hair of the long-lived area have a better spectrum of trace elements,it is closely related with a good trace element system of the environment in the area.
