列车员发中微量元素的测定及与消化疾病关系的研究

Determination of Trace Elements in Hair of Train Attendants and Study on the Relations between Them and Digestive System Disease

分析了人体内微量元素的含量及有消化系统疾患者的微量元素变化。取枕后根部头发进行湿法消化 ,用原子吸收仪测定K、Ca、Cu、Fe、Na、Zn、Mg、Mn等 8种元素的含量。结果表明 ,列车员男女组间发中Na、Cu、Fe三种元素含量差异无显著性。而K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn含量男女间差异有显著性 ,其中女性K低于男性 ,其余四种元素含量女性高于男性。男列车员有消化系统疾患者与对照组比较 ,Zn减少 ,Mn增加 ,差异有显著性。可认为列车员职业不影响人体内微量元素水平。

To analyses the content of trace elements in humanbody and their changes in those who have digestive system disease.Choosing the hair of occiput to digest,the content of K,Ca,Cu,Fe,Na,Zn,Mg and Mn in it was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The result shows that there is no significant difference among the content of Na,Cu and Fe between male and female attendants,while difference among content of K,Ca,Mg,Zn and Mn is significant,in which K is lower in female than in male and the other four elements is higher in female than in male.In male train attendants who have had digestive system disease,Zn dropped and Mg increased.It concluded the occupation of train attendant does not affect the level of trace elements in human-body.
