转移因子和胸腺肽注射液中四种微量元素比较

Comparison of Four Kinds of Trace Element in Transfer Factor and Thymopepide Injection

用原子吸收方法直接测定了转移因子和胸腺肽两种生物制剂中四种微量元素的含量。比较结果锌含量、转移因子高于胸腺肽 ;铜、铁、锰含量 ,转移因子低于胸腺肽。两种制剂间 ,锌、铜、锰差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1 ) ,铁差异显著 (P <0 0 5)。此结论为临床合理使用生物制剂增强免疫功能提供了有用数据。

The content of four kinds of trace element in transfer factor and thymopeptide biological preparation was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results: showed that for Zn content in transfer factor was higher than that in thymopeptide;for Cu,Fe,Mn content in transfer factor was lower than that in thymopeptide.For Zn,Cu,Mn there was a significant different in two kinds of biological preparation(P<001),For Fe there was a great difference (P<001).The results can provide useful data for sound clinic adiministration and promote immune function.
