老年高血压患者头发中6种元素含量测定及分析

Determination and Analysis on the Content of Six Kinds of Element in Hair of the Aged Patients with Hypertension

为探讨老年高血压与微量元素的关系 ,测定了 4 0例老年高血压患者头发中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn、pb含量。结果表明 ,高血压患者头发中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn含量均降低 ,以Zn、Fe、Ca降低最明显 (P <0 0 1 )。提示发Zn、Fe。

To investigate six kinds of elements in hair of the aged patients with hypertension and to study the association of these elements with hypertension,the content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb in hair of forty old patients with hypertension and the control group was determined.The results showed that the content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn in hair of patients were lower than that of the control group.The content of Zn,Fe,Ca were the lowest(P<0 01).It concluded Zn,Fe,Ca in hair might somehow cause the hypertension in the elderly.
