174例男性不育症患者精浆微量元素检测与分析 被引量:10

摘要 检测了 1 74例男性不育症患者精浆锌、铁、铜、钙、镁等五种微量元素 ,以探讨不育症患者精浆微量元素含量与精液质量的关系。结果显示 :(1 )粘稠性精液组精浆锌含量显著低于正常粘度精液组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,精浆钙含量低于正常粘度精液组 (P <0 0 5) ,铁、铜、镁含量无差异(P <0 0 5)。 (2 )无精子及少精子症组精浆铁、钙含量高于精子密度正常组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,铜含量低于精子密度正常组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,锌、镁含量无差异 (P <0 0 5)。 (3 )精子活动率低下组与正常组精浆微量元素含量无差异 (P <0 0 5)。提示精浆锌、铁、铜、钙等微量元素含量改变是影响精液质量的重要原因之一。精浆镁含量与精液质量似无明显关系。 To study the correlation of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mg in seminal plasma and seman quality,the levels of these five trace elements in seminal plasma of 174 yeld men were determined.1)The seminal plasma levels of Zn and Cu in yeld men with ropy semen were signicantly lower than those with normal viscocity semen(P<0 01,P<0 05,respectively).However,there was no significant difference in the levels of seminal plasma Fe,Cu and Mg between yeld men with ropy semen and those with normal viscocity semen(P>0 05).2)The seminal plasma levels of Fe and Ca were higher,the seminal plasma levels of Cu were lower in yeld men with aspermia or oligozoospermia than those with normal sperm density(P<0 01).There was no significant difference in the seminal plasma levels of Zn and Mg between yeld men with aspermia or oligozoospermia and those with normal sperm density(P>0 05).The seminal plasma levels of trace elements in yeld men with low sperm motility were semilar with those with normal semen. The study demonstrated that the content of Zn,Fe,Cu and Ca in seminal plaasma was associtaed with semen quality.
