摘要
轮胎室内性能试验主要是在转鼓试验机上进行 ,转鼓试验机表面曲率对轮胎性能有很大影响 .采用改进的可变约束法 ,利用自行开发的轮胎专用三维非线性有限元分析软件 ,研究了转鼓试验机和轮胎之间的滚动滑移接触 ,分析了试验机半径对轮胎 -转鼓接触界面特性的影响 .结果表明 ,转鼓半径对轮胎接地正应力、切应力及接地面积等都有显著影响 .随转鼓半径增大 ,接地正应力分布趋于均匀 ,垂直载荷和接地印迹面积也增大 ,转鼓半径越大 ,其模拟平面路面效果越好 .转鼓半径在 1m以上时 ,半径对轮胎 -转鼓接触界面特性影响效应逐渐减小 .
The rolling and slipping contact between the drum test machine and the tire is studied and the effect of the test machine radius on the characteristics of contact surface between the tire and the drum is analysed using the improved variable restraint method and the three dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis saftware for tires only. The results show that the drum radius has significant effect on the positive and tangetal stresses and area of the tire touching ground. The ground touching positive stress becomes well distributed, and the vertical load and the ground touching area increase as well as the drum radius increases. The larger the drum radius is, the better the simulation of flat road surface. When the drum radius is more than 1 meter, the effect of radius on the characterisitics of contact surface between the tire and the drum gradually decreases.
