摘要
以Al2 (SO4 ) 3 和Na2 SiO3 为原料 ,采用复合共聚法 ,制备了不同Al/Si摩尔比的聚合硅酸硫酸铝(PASS) .最佳制备条件为 pH 5 .5~ 5 .8,SiO2 质量分数为 2 .2 %~ 2 .5 % ,Al/SiO2 摩尔比为 1.0或 0 .2 5 .研究了SiO2 含量、pH对硅酸聚合过程及Al/SiO2 摩尔比对PASS稳定性及混凝效果的影响 .与聚合氯化铝(PAC)、硫酸铝 (AS)、氯化铁 (FC)进行性能对比试验 ,结果表明 :PASS比PAC、AS、FC具有更好的去浊、脱色、除油的效果 .
PASS flocculant is prepared by composite copolymerization with Al 2(SO 4) 3 and Na 2SiO 3 as raw materials .The optimum conditions of PASS preparation are pH = 5.5~5.8, mass fraction of SiO 2 = 2.2%~2.5%, Al/SiO 2 (molar ratio) =1.0 or 0.25. Applications show that Al/Si is the most important factor having effect on the flocculation efficiency of PASS. The efficiency of turbidity, oil and color removing tests shows that the behavior of PASS has a priority of polyaluminum chloride (PAC), aluminum sulfate(AS) and ferric chloride (FC).
