Application of agent-based workflow system to regrouping of enterprises

介绍了工作流系统和代理技术的应用 ;针对大型企业业务流程重组的特点和要求 ,提出“扁平化”和“整合集中化”相结合的管理组织模式 ,设计了与该模式适应的工作流系统 .大型企业通常跨地域分布 ,重组过程中存在业务分散和管理集中的矛盾 ;运行于Internet/Intranet上的工作流系统运用代理技术、网络和数据库技术 ,使得物理上分散的业务在统一的逻辑下运行 ,能有效支持异地分布企业的业务流程重组 .

The mode of management combining the flatened with the totally centralized organisations is proposed by introducing the application of workflow system and agency system in the light of the characteristics of and requirements for regrouping of business activities within large enterprises, and a workflow system suitable for this mode is designed. There is always a conflict between the business activities scattered at different locations and the centralized management for large enterprises. The workflow system operating on Internet/Intranet keeps the scattered business activities operating under the unified logics using the agency technique and the network and database technique to provide effective support for the regrouping of business activities at different locations.
