摘要
文章采用有限元法对径向永磁轴承的磁场分布进行了数值模拟分析 ,并就轴承结构参数对轴承特性的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,对于斥力型径向轴承 ,两磁环之间的轴向位移对轴承的承载力与刚度有明显影响 ;对于吸力型轴承 ,两磁环之间的气隙选择至关重要。研究结论为径向永磁轴承的设计、优化与应用提供了科学依据。
The distribution of magnetic field of radial permanent bearings is analyzed using finite element method. The influence of structural parameters on characteristics of bearings is studied. The results show that the axial displacement between two toroidal permanent magnets has an influence upon the bearing capacity and bearing stiffness of the repulsive type of radial permanent bearings, and it is highly important that the axial airgap of between two magnets be correctly chosen for the attractive type of radial permanent bearings. The obtained results can be used as a scientific basis for the design, optimization and application of radial permanent bearings.
