摘要
根据有关规范规定 ,住宅正面间距应按日照标准确定的不同方位的日照间距系数 Lt控制 ,也可采用不同方位间距折减系数 Zt换算。在实际工作中 ,Lt与 Zt的计算比较困难。该文结合工作需要 ,对平行布置条件下任意朝向的住宅建筑正面日照间距系数及日照间距折减系数的计算进行分析研究 ,提出了计算办法并研制出计算应用软件 ,供城市居住区规划设计工作应用参考。
The buildings insolation interval,according to the related Code, ought to be controlled by the coefficient L t of the insolation interval of buildings with different trends in correspondance with the insolation standard, or converted from the coefficient Z t of the discount. In practice, the coefficients L t and Z t are very difficult to be calculated. This paper investigates how to calculate the coefficients L t and Z t of the residential buildings with different trends in parallel arrangement to meet the needs of the practical work.The calculation methods are presented and the corresponding software has been developed, which is useful to the urban residential district planning and design in practice.
