合肥市居住小区停车问题与经济比较研究

随着人们生活水平的提高 ,对居住质量有了新的要求。居住小区内私人汽车停放问题已渐渐为人们所认识。文章对居住小区内私人汽车停放方式作了详细分析 ,对不同停放方式的建造成本以及对居住质量的影响作了综合比较 ,认为在合肥地区近期以路边停车和住宅底层停车最为适宜 ,远期可结合绿地建地下汽车库。

With the improvement of people's living standard, a new requirement in the residential quality has arisen.The parking problem of private cars in residential districts has been gradually realized by people. This article gives a detailed analysis of the parking modes of private cars in residential districts, and also makes a synthetical comparison between the construction cost of different parking modes and the effects on the residential quality. It is thought that, in Hefei area, it is most appropriate to park beside the roads or on the ground floor of houses in the short term and to build underground garages combining the green land in the long term.
