地塞米松茶多酚对急性百草枯中毒大鼠的治疗

On the Therapeutic Effect of High-dose Dexamethasone and Tea Polyphenols against Acute Paraquat Poisoning in Rats

探讨大剂量地塞米松 ( high dos Dexamethasone,HDD)联合茶多酚 ( tea polyphenols,TP.)对急性百草枯 ( paraquat ,PQ)中毒的治疗作用。结果表明 :PQ染毒后 ,血浆及 BALF中 MDA含量升高 ,GSH-PX活力下降 ,肺系数升高 ( p<0 .0 1 ) ;PQ中毒后肺泡壁充血 ,增厚 ,炎细胞浸润 ,局灶性出血。各治疗组与染毒组比较 ,上述指标均有不同程度改善 ,以 E组改善最突出。 HDD联合 TP对急性

To study the therapeutic effect of high dose Dexamethasone(HDD) and tea polyphenols(TP) against poisoning by paraquat(PQ). Results showed that compared with control group, in PQ poisoning group the level of MDA increased significantly, the activities of GSH Px in BALF was decreased greatly, the pathological in lungs were mainly shown as congestion, leukocyte infiltration, thickness and local hemorrhage in alveolar wall,and in therapeutic groups the level of MDA decreased, the activities of GSH Px increased, and the pathological changes lessened as well in different degree. And the result of group E improved significantly. The combined use of HDD and TP could improve the lipid peroxidation damage caused by acute poisoning of PQ.
