摘要
首先讨论了电离层中动力学过程和电磁学过程 ,然后分析电离层不规则结构形成的物理机制 ,为运用无线电波探测电离层提供了理论指导。
Dynamics and electromagnetic of the physics mechanics in the ionosphere and the relations between them and the irregular structures of the ionosphere are discussed and a guide for using ireless wave to detect ionosphere is given.
