摘要
介绍了一种以可编程控制器为核心的转向器耐久试验控制系统 ,详细说明了以光电旋转编码器为转角传感器 ,利用可编程控制器A -B相脉冲信号高速计数输入 ,完成对转向器变转角实验的测量与控制 。
The paper introduces a control system for the steeringgear endure test with PLC. Using photoelectric rotational encoded device as outer corner sensor and A B pulse signal of PLC as input, this system can accomplish the measure and control of test on steeringgear changing outer corner. Its hardware and software design are also described.
