摘要
针对薄带铸轧过程冷却速率大的特点 ,采用微观偏析模型对碳钢在薄带铸轧过程中溶质元素的微观偏析进行了模拟 ,通过模拟给出了铸轧凝固过程中固相率随温度的变化规律 ,固相率仅在很窄的温度范围内迅速增加·同时给出了冷却速率对溶质元素偏析的影响规律 ,随冷却速率的增加 ,溶质元素晶间偏析增大 ,而晶内偏析较小·在此基础上给出了碳钢薄带双辊铸轧过程中凝固终了温度值 ,为确定铸带凝固终了点的位置及铸轧过程的稳定性提供了有效的数据 ,为铸轧薄带的质量分析提供了理论依据·
The microsegregation of the solute in steel strip during the strip casting process was investigated by numerical modelling. The relationship between solid fraction and temperature was given. The solid fraction increases quickly in a very small temperature range. With the increasing of cooling rate, the segregation between dendrite becomes large whereas the segregation with in the dendrite becomes small. Based on the computation results, the completed solidification temperature distribution in the twin roll casting strip was obtained. The results provide a theoretical foundation for dealing with the problems of casting process controlling and quality analysis.
